| Card slot A special slot for inserting a memory card. Memory cards allow you to expand the phone's built-in memory (or in the past these slots have been used to add some missing features such as Wi-Fi connectivity). Memory cards have different capacities and are used to store and transfer files between compatible devices. There are several types of memory cards. Huawei Mate 90 Pro Overview
The Huawei Mate 90 Pro was released in China on October 1, 2026. It steps up the base Mate 90 with a larger 1/1.28-inch main sensor, a periscope telephoto, a dual-layer LTPO OLED and 100W charging, on the Kirin 9035 chip with HarmonyOS 7.0. Huawei does not sell the Mate series in Pakistan, so the Pakistan price is not yet confirmed.
Key Highlights
- 6.75-inch dual-layer LTPO OLED, 1280 x 2832 pixels, 120Hz, Kunlun Glass 3
- Kirin 9035, 12GB or 16GB RAM, up to 1TB storage
- 50MP variable-aperture main (1/1.28-inch) with OIS, 50MP 4x periscope telephoto, 40MP ultrawide
- 6,600mAh battery, 100W wired and 50W wireless charging
- IP68/IP69 ratings; 3D face unlock plus a side-mounted fingerprint reader
- HarmonyOS 7.0
Display and Performance
The dual-layer LTPO OLED is the Pro’s visual upgrade — Huawei rates it up to 12,000 nits peak in local highlights, with a 1280 x 2832 resolution. Huawei does not publish the Kirin 9035’s CPU or GPU configuration; expect capable flagship-class daily performance rather than benchmark-leading numbers.
Cameras and Battery
The main camera combines a big 1/1.28-inch sensor with a variable f/1.4–f/4.0 aperture, and the 90mm periscope gives a clean 4x zoom — the strongest camera set in the series below the Pro Max. The 6,600mAh battery charges at 100W wired and 50W wireless.
Huawei Mate 90 Pro Price in Pakistan
The price is not yet confirmed. The Mate 90 Pro is expected around BDT 130,000 in Bangladesh, but there is no Pakistan launch. Imported China units run HarmonyOS without Google apps — factor that in, plus non-PTA status until DIRBS registration, before importing one.
Final Verdict: Should You Buy It in Pakistan?
For camera-first buyers inside Huawei’s ecosystem, the Mate 90 Pro is the sweet spot of the series. In Pakistan the HarmonyOS limits and import-only availability keep it a specialist purchase; everyone else is better served by officially sold flagships.
