OnePlus N6 Review & Practical Analysis
With the N6, OnePlus caters to consumers who value both affordability and battery life, instead of simply offering a smartphone with fancy features. With a peak brightness of 1,200 nits and IPS panels that refresh at 120Hz, the front-facing device is spacious enough to enhance outdoor visibility. The trade-off of the HD+ resolution (720×1570) is that text and media will not look as sharp as on standard 1080p displays. Efficiency is based on the efficient 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 6360. With Apex chipset and either 4GB or 6GB of RAM. OxygenOS 16 will not break any speed records but it does keep the Android 16 interface running smoothly for everyday use, social media and casual browsing.
8,000mAh is the most significant feature of this phone. You can use it for two or three days in the real world and it has the smarter 45W charging function, which runs your phone directly from the charger so you don’t get burned out while gaming. In an effort to justify its lower price, OnePlus has made some hardware changes that have resulted in the 50MP main camera performing well in daylight but lacking an ultrawide companion, and missing NFC or headphone jack. However, the plastic chassis is surprisingly sturdy, boasting IP65 splash resistance and MIL-STD-810H durability, making it a reliable choice for those who are not very active on their devices.
