Overview

The Oppo Reno17 Pro (China) has not been announced yet. The specification below is the reported sheet for the China-market Pro model of Oppo’s next Reno generation: a compact flagship camera phone with a 200MP gimbal-stabilised main camera and a 7,000mAh battery. The China model can differ from any later global version, and every figure here is reported until Oppo’s announcement.

Price in Pakistan

No official price exists for the Reno17 Pro yet. The figures below are expected Pakistan prices, suggested from the reported specifications and comparable flagships already listed on PhonePrice, and they will be replaced when Oppo announces real pricing.

Variant Price in Pakistan (Expected)
12GB + 256GB Rs. 194,999 (Expected)
12GB + 512GB Rs. 209,999 (Expected)
16GB + 512GB Rs. 224,999 (Expected)

A China model reaches Pakistan through importers, sold Non-PTA until any official launch. Check the IMEI and confirm PTA status via DIRBS before paying for an imported unit, and note that Chinese firmware can differ from an eventual international release.

Design & Build

Glass front and an aluminium frame, with IP68/IP69 sealing rated for immersion up to 2m for 30 minutes and high-pressure water jets. Colours reported are Black, Blue and White. Dimensions and weight are not yet confirmed.

Display

A 6.32-inch AMOLED at 1216 x 2640 pixels (about 460 ppi), 120Hz, with 3840Hz PWM dimming — a compact, high-density panel in a generation of ever-larger phones.

Performance

The Dimensity 8550 Super (4 nm) runs one Cortex-A725 core at 3.4 GHz, three at 3.2 GHz and four at 2.2 GHz, with a Mali-G720 MC8 GPU. On paper that is flagship-class performance a step below the very top tier. Virtual RAM extensions, where offered, are not physical RAM.

Camera

The headline system: a 200MP main camera (f/1.8) with gimbal OIS, a 50MP 3.5x optical telephoto with OIS, and a 50MP ultrawide with autofocus, backed by a colour spectrum sensor. Video reaches 4K@60fps with gyro-EIS. The 50MP selfie camera is itself an autofocus ultrawide — unusual attention to the front of the phone.

Battery & Charging

7,000mAh with 80W wired charging (with PPS, UFCS and PD support), 50W wireless charging, reverse wired charging and bypass charging for gaming sessions. Few phones at any price currently match that combination of capacity and charging options.

Software & Connectivity

Android 17 with ColorOS 17 as reported. Connectivity covers 5G (SA/NSA), Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4 with aptX HD and LHDC 5, NFC, multi-system GPS including NavIC, and an under-display optical fingerprint reader. There is no 3.5mm jack and no microSD slot.

Final Verdict: The Reno line grows a flagship battery and a gimbal camera

On the reported sheet, the Reno17 Pro is the most complete Reno yet: flagship cameras on all three rear lenses, a 7,000mAh battery with every charging standard that matters, and a compact body. Oppo’s China announcement sets the real prices; the hardware brief is already convincing.
