Samsung Galaxy F70 Launched: First Sale Starts Today, Prices Now Confirmed
The Samsung Galaxy F70 is official, and its first sale starts today — Tuesday 20 October, from 12:00 via Flipkart and Samsung’s online store. The launch settles a confused first week of pricing reports: some launch coverage quoted a lower starting figure, but that number was a bank-offer price for eligible cards, not the list price. The confirmed prices below are the real ones.
Confirmed prices
- 4GB + 128GB: ₹19,999 (launch bank offers brought the effective price to ₹17,999 for eligible cardholders)
- 6GB + 128GB: ₹22,999 (effective ₹20,999 with the same bank offers)
- Pakistan: Not officially announced; our product page carries the base variant at Rs. 58,999 (Expected) on the confirmed list price
The distinction matters for Pakistani buyers watching grey-market pricing: any importer quoting the F70 off the lower figure is pricing from a card discount that does not travel with the phone.
The settled spec sheet
- Processor: Exynos 1330
- Display: 6.7-inch Super AMOLED, 1080 x 2340, 90Hz, Gorilla Glass Victus 2
- Cameras: 50MP main with OIS + 5MP ultrawide + 2MP macro; 13MP front
- Battery: 5,000mAh, 25W charging
- Build: IP54 dust and splash resistance, 7.5mm thick, 192g
- Software: Android 17, One UI 9.5; four OS upgrades and five years of security updates
Early coverage disagreed with itself on the refresh rate and glass grade; the sheet above is the confirmed one carried on the Galaxy F70 product page, where the full specifications are listed.
What it means for Pakistan
Samsung has not announced the F70 for Pakistan, and there is no official local price. Importer units are the likely first route here, sold Non-PTA until any local launch — check the IMEI and confirm PTA status via DIRBS before paying for any unit, and compare against the confirmed list prices above rather than the discounted launch-offer figures.
Final Verdict
The F70 is a sensible mid-ranger with a strong display and a long software runway, and its pricing story is now clear: ₹19,999 is the price, ₹17,999 was the offer. Buyers in Pakistan should wait for importer pricing to settle against the confirmed list price — and check the full specifications on its product page before deciding.
