The POCO C95 Pro has gone on sale in Nigeria, the latest stop in a rollout that began in the Philippines in late October. Priced at ₦258,700 for the 6GB + 128GB version and ₦304,800 for the 8GB + 256GB version, it is a budget phone built around one headline number: a 7,500mAh battery.
The launch was reported by OmezyRadar on 7 November, citing Vanguard, and the phone is selling through Xiaomi’s authorised outlets in Nigeria — SLOT, RAYA, FINET, 3CHUB and POINTEK. The C95 Pro was first announced in September 2026, and Nigeria is the fourth market to get it after the Philippines, Singapore and Taiwan.
A big battery, and a big screen to match
The 7,500mAh silicon-carbon battery is the C95 Pro’s main selling point. POCO rates it for up to two days of use, with 91 hours of music, 28 hours of video or 46 hours of calling on a charge. The 45W Turbo Charging is claimed to give a full day of use from around 35 minutes plugged in, and the phone also supports 22.5W reverse wired charging, so it can top up other devices.
The display is a 6.9-inch IPS LCD running at up to 120Hz, with a 720×1600 resolution, 675 nits typical brightness (825 nits peak) and Gorilla Glass 7i. One report described the panel as AMOLED; GSMArena and Xiaomi’s own specifications page both list an IPS LCD, so that is the panel used here.

The rest of the package
The Helio G91-Ultra is a 4G chipset, so there is no 5G here — the trade-off POCO made to keep the price down. Storage is eMMC 5.1 rather than UFS, and RAM can be extended by up to 16GB through Memory Extension on the 8GB version, though that uses storage as extra memory rather than adding physical RAM. The phone carries three TÜV eye-care certifications and a 240Hz touch sampling rate.
Prices so far
Nigeria is not the cheapest place to buy the C95 Pro. In the Philippines, where it launched on 25 October, it costs ₱13,999 for 6GB + 128GB and ₱15,999 for 8GB + 256GB, with early-bird prices of ₱11,999 and ₱13,999 until 15 November 2026. In Singapore it sells for $169 and $199. GSMArena lists a European guide price of €249.99. The rollout so far covers the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan and Nigeria.
What happens next
The C95 Pro is a straightforward value play: a very large battery, a large 120Hz screen and a 50MP camera at a price that undercuts most rivals with similar batteries. Whether it reaches more markets — and at what price — will decide how far that formula travels. For now, the phone’s rollout is still moving market by market, and each new launch gives a clearer picture of where POCO is pitching it.
