Grand Theft Auto VI will keep sounding new after launch day, because Rockstar Games has dated a full album of its in-game music. CONFIRMED: Grand Theft Auto VI: Original Score, composed by French duo Justice, arrives on December 11, 2026, three weeks after the game itself launches on November 19, 2026 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.

What Rockstar Confirmed
CONFIRMED: Rockstar announced the album on its Newswire on October 29, 2026, through Because Music, Ed Banger Records and Rockstar Games. Justice, the Grammy-winning duo of Gaspard Augé and Xavier de Rosnay, worked with Rockstar to shape the score around the story of Jason and Lucia in Vice City and Leonida. Rockstar describes the score as adaptive, with compositions dynamically tuned to game events as players move through the story, rather than a fixed set of background cues.
What Is on the Album
CONFIRMED: physical editions carry 30 tracks plus a number of digital bonus tracks, forming a suite of about three hours of music from the game. Two tracks are already public. “Flower in a Hurricane”, featuring Tame Impala, SZA and King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, scored the GTA VI launch trailer. “Pusher”, featuring Gesaffelstein, is the new single released with the announcement and the first collaboration between Justice and Gesaffelstein. REPORTED: announcement coverage puts “Flower in a Hurricane” at No. 62 on the Billboard Hot 100 and No. 34 on the US Alternative Radio chart. REPORTED: some digital listings run to 50 tracks; Rockstar’s own summary states 30 tracks plus bonus digital tracks, so treat the 50-track digital count as reported, not confirmed.

Editions, Formats and Prices
CONFIRMED: the album comes as a 2CD set and a 3LP vinyl set, with vinyl in a limited crystal-clear pressing and a standard black pressing. REPORTED: US retailer listings price the standard black 3LP at $54.99, the limited crystal-clear 3LP at $59.99 and the 2CD set at $21.99, with pre-orders open now. Those prices are retailer listings, not a Rockstar price announcement, and Pakistan availability and pricing are not yet confirmed.
Two Albums, Two Dates: Do Not Mix Them Up
CONFIRMED: Grand Theft Auto VI: Original Score is the music written for the game, and it arrives December 11. Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album is a separate 34-track collection from a range of artists, released with the game on November 19. The two releases cover different material, and only the December album is Justice’s score.
What to Watch Next
The score lands after players have had three weeks with Leonida, so the December release will test whether the in-game music stands up away from the screen. Watch for a full track list, streaming pre-saves opening in each region, and any Pakistan retail or streaming availability, none of which Rockstar has detailed yet. No PC date for GTA 6 has been announced, and no gameplay update or downloadable content is attached to this album announcement.
